OPAC offers viewing trips to all OPAC selected developments. However do please consider the following:
OPAC investment opportunities are often offered to allow optimum unit selection at pre construction pricing.
Properties in these resorts often sell very quickly and OPAC recommends strongly that you make a reservation before making any travel arrangements to avoid disappointment.
Reservation fees are often 100 % refundable. After a reservation payment has been made a property will be removed from the availability list and the price will be fixed.
After conducting a viewing trip we would ask our client to either proceed promptly with the investment or to receive a complete refund of the reservation payment. Your OPAC advisor will assist you regarding each investment opportunity so that you are totally comfortable with your decision.
OPAC would point out that typically our investment opportunities are at an early stage of development and hence there may be little or no substantial construction to be seen on a viewing trip.
OPAC will always provide as much information and different types of media i.e. brochures, pictures and even video to enable a full overview of an area to be made.
We do recommend that you discuss your investment opportunities with your OPAC advisor and refer to our web information which is being constantly updated.
Viewing trips usually requires a 2 to 3 day round trip or even longer if long haul travel is required. We would normally consider such trips to be for confirmation purposes rather than to be seen as property inspection trips.
OPAC will also refund up to €500 towards any flight and hotel costs incurred if a client proceeds with their investment after a viewing trip.
Costs of viewing trips will of course vary depending on the geographic location of the property and we recommend that you discuss this with your OPAC advisor.
