Sahara Beach and Spa Resort Finance
Here are the Payment Terms for Sahara Beach and Spa Resort:
- You can reserve a property for up to 14 days with an initial Reservation Fee of 3000 euros or 2000 GBP.
- You may of course purchase site unseen or arrange a viewing trip to see the stunning location of the resort.
- 20% of the purchase price is to be paid on exchange of contracts, less the reservation fee and a further 20% when construction commences which is anticipated to be the end of 2007.
- The balance of 60% to be paid upon completion.
