Best Practice
Because the investment property market is completely unregulated we at OPAC have seen the need to protect the investor by mirroring the procedures and best practice employed in other investment areas such as the UK Financial Services Industry. Therefore before making any investment recommendation to you, your OPAC consultant will complete a Fact Find which helps us form a completely bespoke recommendation tailored to your own personal requirements, investment aims and budgets from the detailed discussions you have had together.
Following the procedures laid out by the UK Financial Services Industry OPAC will then issue you a “Reasons Why Report” detailing the recommendation that has been made to you and the reasons and key facts relating to the property opportunity chosen, this gives you the investor a written record which means that there are no hidden surprises or possible misunderstandings at any point in the entire purchase procedure.
Complete transparency, honesty and accountability combined with client service excellence are hallmarks of OPAC.

OPAC firmly believes that by following these Best Practice procedures it brings new standards of professionalism in a similar manner to that that has developed in the regulated Financial Services Industry where the “fly by night” operators have been weeded out.
This “Reasons Why” report also gives the investor a tangible and hard copy account of our dealings and advice which can be referred to time and time again.
OPAC are also proud members of the Association of International Property Professionals and also the National Association of Estate Agents and as such we operate under a strict Code of Ethics at all times.
To become part of these organisations OPAC has had to be subject to a strict due diligence process on both the company and it’s directors and we believe that membership of professional bodies such as these is paramount in helping instil client confidence.
We advise that if you are already in discussions with another real estate or investment property company then you ask if they are members of any trade bodies such as the AIPP and if not we would strongly recommend talking to our professional team instead.
