- Reservation Fee:
2,000 GBP. Buyer reserves a new property and fixes the sale price from the date of reservation
- Payment terms:
20% on contract (contract within 30 days of reservation fee).
20% after 2 months.
40% after construction (approx 1 year).
15% on completion
5% on product satisfaction, completion of snagging.
