- Reservation Fee:
2000 GBP. This is required to reserve a property and to fix the price.
- 30% of the Purchase Price:
To be paid on contracts less the initial reservation fee.
- On going Stage Payments:
65% - Throughout the construction
5% - Required at handover of keys and local services
