OPAC negotiates with property developers and promoters to achieve the very best payment terms and where possible negotiate discounts for multiple unit purchases.
OPAC is not owned in any way by a property developer but is a totally independent company whose sole purpose is to offer its clients true independent investment property advice, delivered in a professional and friendly manner by highly trained and extremely experienced consultants who will be there with you from the very beginning of the purchase process right through to completion and beyond.
OPAC clients do not need to pay for our advice or pay a fee to invest in the investment opportunities that we identify and recommend, OPAC never handles any client monies except for credit card reservation fees that are paid to hold a property subject to paying the initial deposit. In this instance all reservations are dealt with by our UK credit card partner HSBC and are transferred directly to the property developer in question within 24 hours of clearing to our designated client account.
